The program is for dads, male caregivers, uncles, grandfathers and children baby to 6 years of age. The program will be facilitated by a dad. A healthy snack will be provided, fun and interactive games and art activities, a circle time with book sharing and songs and a nutrition component. The last session will be a Rhythm & Rhyme session.

Walk Halifax
Halifax Community Health Board has been involved in founding a new initiative called Walk Halifax, along with The Downtown Halifax Business Commission, The Hub Halifax, BALLE Nova Scotia and others. This fun initiative is meant to get those working downtown to be more engaged in the downtown, increase physical activity and create a sense of belonging in our community.
