Personal Boundaries

What are healthy personal boundaries? While they are different for each of us, we all need to be able to set limits on our time, and to have personal space. We also have the right to have our own feelings, our own thoughts and our own personal beliefs. Healthy personal boundaries help us to know where we need to set limits in our lives. Healthy personal boundaries also help us to be more assertive.
