We’re looking for great ideas!

Halifax Community Health Board is accepting applications to the Community Development Fund from qualified non-profit and community based organizations.

Project funding for 2014 will focus on the following four priority areas:

• Health Inequities          
• Mental Health and Stress
• Access to Health Services and Information 

Halifax Community Health Board serves residents of Halifax peninsula and Fairview. Projects must take place in and serve residents of our area. Grants of up to $2,500 are available. Projects may be funded partially or in full.
