Capital Health provides health programs and services to Nova Scotians from West Hants to Sheet Harbour, including Halifax Regional Municipality. Get to know us a bit better during Capital Health Week – a celebration to explore ways we can work together to improve health.

The fair will feature displays from Your Way to Wellness, Community Health Teams, District Stroke Program, Public Health, Canadian Dementia Knowledge Translation Network, Healing and Cancer Foundation, QEII Foundation, Public Health, Sunshine Room, Capital Health Libraries and Halifax Public Libraries, Healthy Workplace, MyHealth Passport and more!
