New Happily Ever Active programs

We are pleased to announce the launch of two free seniors' programs in Halifax, and would appreciate it very much if you would consider passing this information along to individuals who may wish to participate.
Heart & Soul Summer Arts Camp: this year's rendition of our free summer arts program is open to seniors of all ages and abilities who would like to experiment with art. A poster for this program is attached.

Ever Active: our free fitness class has expanded to a second site in the South End of Halifax (poster attached). Sessions are open to any senior or adult with physical limitations, and run 52 weeks/year with the exception of long weekends.

Please feel free to contact us for more information about these programs, or visit our newly improved website, which includes a special page for healthcare providers: http://happilyeveractive.org/WP/programs/referral
In July, Happily Ever Active co-founder Jesse Robson will be offering the Canadian Centre for Activity & Aging Seniors' Fitness Instructor Course for individuals who would like to become certified seniors' fitness instructors. For more information about this course, please see the attached poster, or contact Jesse with your queries: jesse.robson@dal.ca.
If you would like to receive regular updates on our programs (~4 per year), we encourage you to join our mailing list by visiting our webpage: www.happilyeveractive.org

Thank you for supporting our efforts to promote active aging in HRM.
