Your Way to Wellness: Free Workshop!

There are lots of things YOU can do to manage your chronic illness!

Join us for a free, six-week workshop that offers tools to deal with conditions such as arthritis, high blood pressure, asthma, COPD, diabetes,
heart disease, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, etc.

Groups meet weekly (2 ½ hours) for 6 weeks and are led by trained volunteers.
You’ll meet other people who understand what you’re going through – because they are, too.

Learn and practice:
• Taking steps to live a healthier life
• Setting goals and problem solving
• Managing your symptoms, fears, and frustrations
• Enjoying a healthier, active life
