Featuring music from Tidal Beat and The Spot, locally made snacks and refreshments, paper snowflake making table, Sit and Get Fit session, and the opportunity to network with community-minded folks!

Winter Clothing and Skate Drive - bring along your unneeded hats, scarves, mittens. coats, warm socks, etc and we will get them to local shelter and homelessness organizations in need. Skates will go to the Halifax Oval.

Community Celebration

Join us for an evening of networking and celebration at our annual community development fund awards night! Meet the people who are making a difference in the health of our community.

We're looking for volunteers!

Halifax Community Health Board is seeking volunteer board members interested in creating a healthier community. We serve residents of Fairview, North End Halifax, Downtown, Northwest Arm, South End Halifax, and Connaught/Quinpool.


We want our Board to reflect our community, so diversity, gender balance and the age of our members is important to us. If you are interested in a healthier Halifax, we want to hear from you!
