This workshop provides non-profit organizations with a step-by-step approach for planning and implementing a process for measuring program outcomes. It is based on United Way of America's "Measuring Program Outcomes: A Practical Approach".
The workshop will be of special interest to staff and volunteers who want to learn more about effective program planning, outcomes and evaluation. At the end of the session, participants will:
1. understand the importance of identifying and measuring program outcomes;
2. understand the value and usage of outcome data; and
3. understand ways to collect outcome data.
Who should attend?
1.Those responsible for developing or managing a program within a non-profit organization.
2. Those interested in learning about a process that measures program impact and promotes continuous improvement.
3. Those responsible for reporting on the success of their organization's programs and completing funding applications.
