Bowl-a-Thon to "Strike Out Stigma"

The Halifax-Dartmouth Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is delighted to invite you

to its Second Annual Bowl-a-Thon to "Strike Out Stigma" and support the branch and the work it does in

our community.

Please join CMHA on Saturday, April 28th, 2012 at Bayers Road Bowl-a-Rama, 7.00pm-10.00pm for

Cosmic Bowling. Register a team (5 players per team), or join an existing one. The Registration Fee is $10.00 per person and

each participant will receive a pledge sheet. ALL proceeds from this event will support the social and recreational programs CMHA-Halifax-Dartmouth provides to its members and the wider community.

AND there will also be a draw for two "Wellness Baskets". Each basket contains a variety of products and services that have been donated

from local businesses that promote health and wellness in our community.

Join us on April 28th and help reduce mental health stigma, one string at a time.
