We are offering painting, drawing, photography, videography, writing, making & recording music, all guided by experienced instructors. It is designed to nourish participants’ creativity, self-esteem, and positive engagement with their everyday world. The focus on art & music allows participants to experience a healthy form of challenge and risk-taking, while building skills and relationships.

Sea Change is:
• open to everyone, no matter what their skill, with a number of spots reserved for individuals living with mental illness and people experiencing negative effects of gambling.

• at Connections Halifax, 1221 Barrington St.
